Downey’s Farm

We are so excited to welcome you to Downey's Farm, which is privately owned and operated by Darlene Downey and her husband Nathan.  

This 100-acre farm has been owned and operated by the Downey family since 1920 and is now a 4th generation farm and 2nd generation for agri-tourism.

We are committed to growing fresh fruit and vegetables using sustainable farming practices and educating guests about agriculture while having lots of fun along the way. 

In the Farmyard Play Area, we currently offer 35+ activities and a variety of festivals including Easterfest, a Strawberry Festival, PumpkinFest and Christmas on the Farm.

Our Farm Store offers local produce, freshly baked pies, breads, pastries, cookies, sausage rolls, cakes, and butter tarts, a lunch counter, and a wide variety of specialty items, giftware, preserves, maple syrup, cheeses, jams, and jellies.

We manage our own food trucks on-site, make our own fudge and have created a wholesale fudge production operation, Old English Fudge, that we can’t wait to showcase when you’re here.

Over the past decade, we have been committed to consistent growth and building on the farm with the customer experience always directing our decisions.
