Shuttle transportation service from Terminal 1 (formerly Lindberg/Main Terminal):

• Once you have collected your luggage you will need to call the hotel at 952-854-0700 for the shuttle service.

• From Baggage Claim follow the signs for “Ground Transport” to the lower level. Escalators are located at Baggage Claim 6 and 10-11 (opposite a food service area) and you must go up after gathering your luggage.  Elevators are located at Baggage Claim 7 & 9. After turning right at the Delta check in desk/Information desk, you will need to follow the escalator on your left up one level to the shuttle area.

• Continue to follow the “Ground Transport” signs (in particular the “Hotel Shuttles” straight ahead.) The Delta check-in desks will be located on your right.

• At the Information Desk you will take a right and follow the “Hotel Shuttle” sign.

• The door to the hotel shuttle pick-up area will be located on your left.

Shuttle transportation service from Terminal 2 (formerly Hubert Humphrey Terminal):

• Once you have collected your luggage you will need to call the hotel at 952-854-0700 for the shuttle service.

• Follow the “Ground Transport” sign, located near Baggage Claim A, across the street to the Ground Transport Center. You can access the Ground Transport Center either by the skyway or street level.

  • Skyway-Take the escalator up one level and follow the skyway across the street. Take either the stairs or elevators down to the ground level.  Follow the “Shuttles” signs to your left through the automatic doors.  The shuttle will pick up to the left of the doors.

  • Street Level- Walk out the doors and cross the street. Once inside the transport center, walk straight ahead through the next set of automatic doors. The shuttle will pick up to the left of the doors.
