Montpelier Farms

Montpelier Farms will be entering their 19th Fall Festival season this year, which includes over 30 fall attractions, such as a 7-acre corn maze, tractor rides, farm animals, s’mores roasting, play areas, giant pumpkin pad, paintball, super mega slide, gem mining, etc.

They provide a majority of their own food, such as their “famous” apple cider donuts, roasted corn on the cob, pork bbq, hot dogs and nachos, kids meals and fresh squeezed lemonade. They also have additional offerings from three other hired food vendors.

Apple cider slushies, coffees, specialty drinks, baked goods, s’mores kits and merchandise are available in the Cafe, and provides a relaxing deck, comfortable furniture and a lovely view of the farm!

The very “unique” Farm Market and donut operation, which is located in a historical tobacco barn, is available during all operating hours.

They host approximately 70,000 visitors in the Fall season, which includes school tours, events, picnics and parties.

The farm consists of 123 acres, including 14 acres of parking.

They are located within 30 minutes of both Washington DC and Baltimore.

On Fridays and Saturdays during the Fall Festival, all attractions are open until 11:00pm. The majority of the farm is dimly lit, with the exception of the “Flashlight” Maze.

They host picnics, weddings, corporate events and parties all year round in our 40’x100’ covered pavilion, private campfire sites and birthday party areas.

In 2025 they had a small you-pick for Tulips. They planted approximately 500,000 bulbs for you-pick and photo purposes for the 2026 season, and most recently built a windmill. They also offer food, drinks and farm activities during this festival.
